Mike Chaplains is a marketing and management expert turned pastor with a passion for ministry in the workplace. Chaplains holds a degree in Mass Communication and Media Studies from East Tennessee State University. He worked at various companies throughout his career, including KFRX-FM Radio, May Marketing Company, FamilyLife, Mosaic Church of Central Arkansas, and Corporate Chaplains of America. He currently serves as the Vice President of Donor Relations at Corporate Chaplains of America. Chaplains's role is to encourage generosity to scale Corporate Chaplains to meet the opportunities in front of us today.

As a Christian minister, Chaplains believes that the workplace is one of the most expansive mission fields in America. His goal is to help business owners love and care for their employees by connecting them to a ministry that builds caring relationships and shares the life-changing Good News of Jesus Christ in a non-threatening manner. Chaplains's passion for expanding and scaling the organization's mission stems from the fact that the average person spends 90,000 hours of their life in the workplace, and about 80% of Americans are not meaningfully connected to a church.
