Niki Borofsky is a highly accomplished attorney and legal consultant with extensive experience in international law and conflict resolution. She holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence in International Law from Northeastern University, as well as a Master of Laws in Law, French from the University of Paris I: Panthéon - Sorbonne. Borofsky also studied at the University of Buenos Aires, Phillips Exeter Academy, and Stanford University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy.

Throughout her career, Borofsky has held a variety of roles in the legal and social justice sectors. She has served as Senior Global Practice Manager and Practice Development Manager at Jams, as well as Vice President of Membership at Cpr Institute. Borofsky is also a former member of Mediators Beyond Borders and a former Community Mediator and Trainer at New York Peace Institute. Additionally, she has held positions as Vice-Président, France at Global Potential and Legal Advisor at Union of Overseas Voters.

Her experience also includes work in education and community development. Borofsky has served as a Food Literacy Educator at The Cookbook Project and a Political Consultant Account Executive at Terris Barnes Walters. She has also worked as the Chief Executive Officer of Nikisky Consulting, providing legal services and consulting to a wide range of clients.
