He is a co-founder and CVO of Superhumans, a platform that seeks to blur the lines between entrepreneurship and spirituality by nurturing a community of positive individuals curious to explore deep into their human experience and make an impact in the world. Tobias also serves as Head of Transformational Community at Pracademy, where he supports leaders in innovation, design thinking, and corporate transformation to learn, grow, and amplify their impact. Tobias holds degrees from four universities across the U.S., Sweden, and Norway and sees deep connection to have five dimensions, which he is currently exploring in his upcoming book and Superhumans podcast. In his free time, Tobias loves to recharge in nature, find new adventures, and nurture his love for calisthenics and road biking.
