Hitesh Mehta is an experienced and award-winning UX Design professional, Usability Researcher, Brand Designer, and Communication Designer with over 18 years of experience in cross-functional team leadership, creative direction, digital strategy, and product innovation. Mehta has worked with some of India's largest internet brands in the past decade, creating intuitive experiences and designing user flows for a diverse portfolio of portals, including matrimony, real estate, career, automobile, finance, education, healthcare, social networking, classifieds, and blog engines. Mehta is passionate about understanding user behavior and creating customer-centric experiences, driving conversion funnel optimization, A/B and multivariate testing, and consumer research. He has also co-founded CredFine, served as a Design Head at HelpNow and CONSIM INFO PVT LTD, and worked as an Associate Vice President of User Experience Strategy & Product Design at ApartmentADDA.
