She is the Founder, Managing Partner, and CEO of Bair Financial Planning, which offers comprehensive wealth management services to high net worth individuals and families across the nation. Bair and her team focus on building trusted relationships with clients, allowing them to delegate the critical personal responsibilities of managing their finances.

Bair has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification and holds Series 6, 7, 22, and 63 licenses through LPL Financial. As a consultative advisor, she offers guidance to clients in investment management, retirement planning for LGBT executives, employee benefits, executive benefits, business succession, and more. Perhaps most impressively, Bair offers environmentally and socially conscious High Impact Investment Portfolios, which allow clients to align their wealth with their values.

Bair has served as Chairperson for South Bay Alliance and was a Board Member for the Greater San Diego Business Association.
