Later, he worked as an Associate Attorney and Office Manager at the same firm. As an experienced corporate paralegal, Paul has provided support in various areas of corporate law, including business transactions, startup formation, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property. At DLA Piper, Paul serves as a Senior Corporate Paralegal, where he offers legal support to the firm's clients on various corporate matters.
