Patrick Soule, a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience improving IT teams and transforming them into highly effective organizations, has joined Allstate Roadside Service as divisional CIO. Formerly a director at Allstate Insurance, Soule led award-winning product development and technology improvement efforts, substantially improving availability, stability, and product quality. Armed with an MBA in Electronic Commerce from DePaul University - Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Iowa, Soule enables teams with a deep knowledge of technology and technology best practices. With a background in claims, Soule was formerly Allstate Insurance's Claims Domain Architect, Claims Application Architect, and Lead Architect for Claims NextGen program. Soule's expertise also extends to production processes, customer service operations, and availability management.
