Defined Pricing strategy with key European Supermarkets and sourcing strategy across territories.Drove cultural, organisational and transformational changes including restructuring of Irish business, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance and appointment as SAP Implementation Manager for deployment of sales & distribution and finance, and Head of Liquid Packing Buyers with £27m annual budget.18 month Placement with Mckinsey Consultancy on business transformation projects and 12 month placement with Anderson Consulting on restructuring initiatives.
