Rafael Guper is a seasoned business and brand strategist with a decade of experience in the marketing, communications, advertising, data, and technology industries. He worked with several well-known companies such as Santander, DIAGEO, Avon, Bayer, Reckitt Benckiser, Shell, and Great Western Railway, among others, earning numerous creative and effectiveness awards. Rafael also provided business and brand strategy advice to start-ups and launched corporate ventures for international giants such as VIVO Telecom and MARS Petcare.

Rafael co-founded UJJI, an innovative game-based coaching platform for employee wellbeing, aiming to make every day better by providing a fun and rewarding experience for employees and employers. The platform is a portfolio company of the Oxford University Innovation Incubator. Rafael participated in the Oxford Entrepreneurship: Venture Finance Programme and Entrepreneurial Finance and Venture Capital at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He also studied Account Planning Bootcamp at Miami Ad School, Major in Marketing and Advertising, Marketing at Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and International Business Management and Trade, Canadian Institute of Management at Greystone College. Rafael completed his high school at Colégio Santo Américo in São Paulo.
