Katherine Lui is an experienced financial professional who has worked with major accounting firms such as KPMG and founded several financial consulting firms in China and the US. She holds an MBA in environmental accounting from the Schulich School of Business and has passed CPA exams in Hong Kong and the US. Katherine co-founded CanCan Group, which provides semi-automated acting CFO services to tech/internet companies competing in the Chinese and global landscape. She believes that the CanCan team - consisted of Big-4 accounting firm and listed company alumni - can combine professional knowledge with technology to disrupt the current business world. Katherine is currently the expert in residence (EIR) of SOSV and for the next 12 months, she will be seen as CFO of a listed company.
