Niraj Nath is an experienced Senior Operations Executive with over 20 years of experience in managing all aspects of a company ranging from a startup to mid-sized companies. Nath has worked in various organizations ranging from Sasco Electric to his current role as the Global Head of Facilities Strategy and Management at the Urban Air Mobility Division of Hyundai Motor Group. He has ample experience in managing individual functions that consist of facility management, IT, vendor management, employee and environment health and safety, and assisting with rapid growth via the recruiting process. Nath's current responsibility includes managing all aspects of tenant improvements in buildings of upto 160,000 square feet of a corporate HQ facility, R&D space, and manufacturing space. He is an expert in building teams, has experience in building out bio-tech labs and vivarium spaces and aerospace R&D spaces, ranging in size from 15,000 square feet to 150,000 square feet buildings. Nath has proficiency in working with engineers and space owners/end-users to design to their needs and requirements while ensuring all city and building codes are met with the proper permitting requirements.
