Tommy McNulty, a seasoned entrepreneur and sales executive, has an impressive background with over a decade of experience in leading successful teams and scaling businesses. After facing challenges with employee experience and management in his sales team, McNulty co-founded Rhythm, an operating system designed to help leaders scale their teams and create more intentional managers.
McNulty has an extensive educational background, studying Medical Science at Midwood High School, Psychology at the University of Maryland College Park, and completing Founders Fellowships at OnDeck, Primary Venture Partners, and Pavilion. He also completed the Landmark Forum program at Landmark Education, which focuses on personal and professional growth.
Before founding Rhythm, McNulty held various leadership roles in successful companies such as NerdWallet, Fundera, Dash Software (acquired by Reserve/Resy), and ZocDoc. He was also a Director and Instructor at Brooklyn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Through his diverse experiences, McNulty has developed a unique set of skills in sales, management, leadership, and entrepreneurship, making him an expert in scaling businesses and leading teams.
