Blaise Warren is a highly accomplished professional in the fields of law, finance, and engineering. He holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Harvard Law School, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Virginia.

With diverse experience in various organizations, Blaise has shown his versatile abilities to lead and work collaboratively with a team. He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Invesco Ltd., where he oversees business development, strategic planning, and global factor investing. While working with Invesco Ltd, he held several positions such as Corporate Strategy Director, Corporate Strategy Manager, and Business - Development - Strategic Planning Advisory Director.

Blaise’s professional experience also extends to the legal field, where he worked as an Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Moreover, he has experience in management consulting while working at McKinsey & Company.

Blaise gained his initial career experience as a Law Clerk to both U.S. Circuit Judge Frank M. Hull at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and Judge William S. Duffey, Jr. at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He also served as an Associate at Jones Day and was an intern at the U.S. House of Representatives.

Blaise’s profound interest in science and space led him to work as an intern for NASA Glenn Research Center and as a Second Lieutenant at US Air Force Reserve.
