Scott Saunders is the founder and CEO of Happy Money, a financial technology company that has helped members pay off over $2 billion in high-interest credit card debt. With a diverse employee base of over 300 people, Scott has raised more than $140 million in equity financing to build digitally-native financial tools and services for human happiness. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and has worked as an executive and investor at Walz Group, a three-time Inc. 500 company serving the nation's largest financial institutions. Scott has also worked in venture capital and government as part of the U.S. Small Business Administration's SBIC Program. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and practicing martial arts.
