Ricardo Fadoni is a highly proactive and goal-driven professional, boasting extensive experience in the agronomy and agriculture segments. He holds a degree in Agronomy Engineering from Universidade Estadual do Norte do Paraná, as well as a Pós-Graduação in Plant Protection from Centro Universitário Integrado.

Ricardo's professional career kicked off as an Assistente Técnico de Vendas in BASF, where he developed valuable skills in technical sales and customer service. After that, he took on the challenging role of Representante Comercial at DuPont Pioneer, a position in which he further honed his negotiation and communication talents. Currently, he serves as part of the R.T.C team at Cocamar, one of the biggest agro-industrial cooperatives in Brazil, representing FMC Corporation.
