Richard was a Partner, Chief Growth Officer and Head of OGiQ in Options Group's New York office. He is also a member of the Operating Committee for Options Group and is directly responsible for the Firm’s Strategy and Corporate Development Function. This included Marketing and Client Coverage, Business Development and Consultant Support, Competitive Intelligence, Talent Analytics and Consulting, as well as OG University, which provides optimal professional development and certification in all aspects of the business as the firm carries out its fiduciary responsibilities to its clients and shareholders. Richard has a distinguished career supporting the C-Suite of many of the world's top financial services organizations in all aspects of talent acquisition, development and retention. Richard is one of the industry's top advisors with experience across the Americas, Europe and the Middle East. His expertise lies in the financial services industry, with a particular emphasis on, banking, wealth management, risk and capital markets.

Richard Stein was the Global Head of OGiQ, and member of the Partners Operating Committee for The Options Group, a global executive search and talent management company headquartered in New York City with offices in all major cities worldwide reporting to the CEO.

Richard was directly responsible for the Firm’s (1) Branding, Advertising and Communications function, (2) the Firm’s Strategy and Corporate Development Function, (3) OG’s Risk and Compliance function, (4) Firmwide Marketing and Client Coverage, (5)  Business Development and Consultant Support, (6) Competitive Intelligence, Talent Analytics and Consulting, (7)  OG University (training and talent development), and (8) OG internal recruiting. Richard also was responsible for managing the Firm’s technology initiative. 

Aside from these leadership / management roles, Mr. Stein also managed several of the Firm’s top client relationships and is an active business developer for OG.
