Chemist

- Collect water samples from lakes and streams in the ten counties surrounding Columbus, Ohio using Ohio EPA methods for the purpose of water quality assessments• Nutrient, pH, conductivity, DO, BOD, phyto and zooplankton, temperature, Secchi disc (turbidity), ICP metals, oil and grease, and bacterial sampling• Conduct stormwater compliance inspections and complaint investigations of construction sites, as well as general permitting for the General Storm Water Permit• Writing NOI, NOT, NOV, complaint letters, follow-up letters, and review of SWP3s for construction and complaint sites under the General Storm Water Permit in accordance with the Clean Water Act

Stormwater/Water Quality Field Intern

- Prepare instruments and equipment for chemical analysis•	Prepare chemical reagents and standard chemical solutions•	Assist chemists in analysis’ as needed•	Safely receive, disperse, store and dispose of samples•	Input resulting data into system according to specific testing parameter

- Organize Ohio State events sponsored by Periscope Productions•	Hiring and training 100+ students as Brand Ambassadors to work campus event•	Promoting the event through campus posters, social media, and interest groups
