-  Involved as a project lead and delivered a custom, mobile responsive java project for a MNC logistics client (Kuehne + Nagel). Project is a cross-border logistics booking platform consisting of key features such as route optimisation and cargo assignment. Product is live and will eventually be rolled out to multiple countries. Implementation method: Hybrid Agile delivery. Implementation period: 8 months
-  Involved as a business analyst in a robotic process automation (RPA) project.

Tapiver is mobile-first physical shopping app. We allow consumers to browse and shop at Singapore's physical stores on their smartphones (covering popular shopping areas like Orchard, Haji Lane, etc.) and encourage store pickup by giving cashback- an O2O, omni-channel solution for physical retailers.

- Led and manage a team (local & overseas team) to create a shopping app in Singapore. The platform consists of a seller center, consumer facing mobile app and a web-based platform
-  Partnered with local logistic provider to do delivery
-  Partnered with over 50 retail merchants and had thousands of products uploaded on the platform
