Miquel Gouarré Baró is a multilingual business professional and startup enthusiast with a diverse background in IT, mathematics, economics, and management. He studied at various universities, including ESADE, La Salle BCN, Universitat Ramon Lull, and Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, nurturing his passion for IT management, investments, and securities.
Baró has worked in various positions throughout his career, showcasing his leadership and organizational skills. He currently serves as the manager of the NIU incubator and accelerator, an Andorra Telecom subsidiary that helps startups to grow and develop. Prior to that, he founded the DLT & Company, SL, and was an executive producer at Crossing Blocks.
He has extensive experience in organizing events and mentoring startups, and he's always searching for new and innovative ideas. Baró is a former chapter lead for the Government Blockchain Association and co-founder of AndBlockchain. Additionally, he served as a bootcamp mentor and jury for the HYPE Sports Innovation and as an executive board member and general secretary of ACTinn.
With years of experience as a customer experience manager, IT architect, engineer, project manager, and consultant for various organizations, including Sogeti Belux and Andorra Telecom, Baró has honed his skills in IT operations service management, IT development, and analysis.
