Darin Hurd is a senior executive with over two decades of experience in information technology, consulting, and financial services. His expertise lies in designing, building, or operating every technology function to align and enable business capabilities and operations at all organizational levels. Furthermore, he has a comprehensive understanding of information security, risk, privacy, and vendor management, making him a leading expert in this field. He has extensive experience engaging board members, executive teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure secure and sound business operations.

Darin Hurd graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Computer Systems from Bradley University, and further pursued his education by studying at Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Carnegie Mellon University, and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Throughout his career, Darin Hurd held several executive positions, including Vice President and Managing Director Information Technology at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago and Chief Information Security Officer at Guaranteed Rate. He also worked as an Interim Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Safelite AutoGlass and as the Interim Independent Security Officer at Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago. Additionally, he served as a Principal, Engagement Manager, Senior Architect, and Architect at BTE Consulting, and as a Senior Consultant at Whittman-Hart/marchFIRST.

Aside from his professional career, Darin Hurd lectured on Continuing Education at Bradley University and worked as a Telephone Service Representative at AFFINA early in his career.
