Meredith Moore is an accomplished creative and business leader with a diverse background in design, management, and entrepreneurship. She received a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design and a Master's Degree in Arts Administration with a 4.0 GPA from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Her career has taken her from being a Graphic and Interface Designer at Lexmark International, Inc. to becoming the Director of Operations and Community Partnerships at Base110, a cowork, office, meeting, and event space in downtown Lexington, KY, where she works with creatives, people in tech, and entrepreneurs. Moore also co-founded Women Innovators, Founders and Leaders (WIFL), dedicated to building a community for women in business and leadership positions.

In addition, Moore runs a freelance company, Cultivated Creature, and a creative community initiative called Shift Lexington, showcasing her passion for creativity and collaboration. Her experience includes serving as Project Manager at Bullhorn Creative, Yonder Interactivists, BORN, Lexington Art League, and Living Creatively, an Artist Pop-Up Shop. She's also interned at Working Class Studio and worked as an Assistant at Mary Kay and Barbara Allen-Rosser. Through her varied experiences, Moore has become a creator, collaborator, and connector, integrating her artistic background with leadership, management, and community-building skills.
