Marianne Sulzer is an accomplished team leader and program manager with a strong background in Impact Investing and Technical Assistance, focusing on financial inclusion, MSME and entrepreneurship finance, sustainable agricultural finance, and biodiversity.

She has extensive industry experience in Finance, Agriculture, Trade & Services, Textiles, and Manufacturing, with a particular specialization in startup and entrepreneurship development, sustainable agricultural sourcing, and supplier development in Sub Saharan Africa.

Marianne holds a Master of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH) and a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Zurich.

Her career includes roles such as Manager Technical Assistance Management and Senior Officer Technical Assistance Management at Finance in Motion, as well as positions with Swisscontact where she served as Head of Business Development in East Africa, Deputy Country Director in South Africa, and Head of Products & Innovation.
