Ty Findley is an experienced investor with a focus on digital industrial technology. He holds a Bachelor of Science and MBA from Baylor University, as well as an MBA from Northwestern University's prestigious Kellogg School of Management. Findley is currently a Co-founder and General Partner at Ironspring Ventures - a venture capital firm that invests in digital industrial technology. Prior to that, he was a Cohort 3 fellow at Oper8r LLC and Digital Industrial Evangelist at Heavy Hitters: The Digital Industrial Podcast. He is also a Kauffman Fellow and former Vice President at Pritzker Group and Senior Associate at GE Ventures.

Findley has a strong engineering background, having worked previously as a Design Engineer in Product Development at Boeing and as an Enterprise Engineer with the ECFP Leadership Development Program at the same firm. Additionally, he has experience as an Analyst at G51 Capital. Outside of his professional life, Findley captained the Baylor University football team as a Walk-On Linebacker in his senior year.
