Michael Perry has over 16 years of experience in the real estate brokerage and construction industries. He has a Master of Science in Real Estate, a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) certification, and a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute). His expertise also includes a State Certified Residential Contractor license in Florida. With more than 400 hours of licensed appraisal experience, Perry provides investment sales, leasing, landlord representation, residential brokerage, and consulting services. Perry is the Principal Broker at Consult Realty and Management, where he utilizes his vast network, education, and experience to set himself apart from other brokers. Prior to Consult Realty, he served as Director-Tampa Region at Front Street Commercial Real Estate Group and performed part-time work as a Multi-Family Real Estate Analyst and Appraiser Trainee at ValueTech Realty Services. Moreover, Perry transitioned his expertise in industrial management to become a Realtor & Team Leader at Keller Williams Realty. Michael Perry is also a former Technology Education Instructor at Orange County Public Schools, where he developed his passion for teaching students.
