Hao Dinh is a passionate continuous learner who has studied and earned certifications in various disciplines, including LEAN Six Sigma, biomimicry, circular economy, and smart cities, among others. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Chicago, a Master of Science degree in Management and Systems from New York University, and an Executive Education LEAD from Stanford University. Hao is currently serving as the Director of Group Digital Operations and Innovation at Electrolux. He is an Aspen Institute First Movers Fellow and former OpenIDEO Community Manager at IDEO. He co-founded Grow by Design and STEMSoft, earned a LEGO Serious Play Methods Facilitator Certification in teams and groups, studied data science and predictive analytics at Udacity, and holds a master's degree in Sustainability and Environmental Management from Harvard University.
