My role is to help multiple teams in the Catalyst program across the organization make better decisions around software architecture and process regarding the technical development of the Catalyst platform in part by setting technology and architecture strategy at the platform level.   I own high-level architecture for Catalyst at BCG and I help balance those technical decisions and helping the architecture align with the needs of the business to deliver value to our customers around the world.  The Catalyst program is designed to drive sustainable advantage driven by data for our customers and I work to help the wider organizations technology teams provide the next generation of that platform to our consultants and thus our customers.  My main driver is to align our strategy with that vision of support to our consultants and customers to drive the more value then expected.

Principal Researcher at a small academic Research and Development lab including critical development in AGI-related technology including the N-Scale Graph Database (scales up and out on the fly), ICOM Cognitive Architecture, and the mediated Artificial Superintelligence system.   Our work is focused on AI emotion-based cognitive architecture and self-motivating systems where the goal is to build a system that has its own agency and its own ability to decide, plan, goal set on its own and further to get them to function in a role where they need to be trained much like a human.   Much of the research at the lab is not theoretical and all research is centered on working code.

-  software engineering teams achieving CMM Level 3 from Level 1,
-  dropping accountings and support costs by 250k over a year through improved payroll processing

As technical architect at Saltmine I was the architect of RnD projects at Onyx software designing large scale CMS systems supporting 10's of thousands of concurrent users including data architecture, information architecture, technical architecture as well as building out fundamental infrastructure sitting on top of the Onyx ebusiness engine as well as extending that, SQL data base design and ASP based application framework for the Onyx CMS system
