Jana Flannery is a seasoned recruiter with a diversified portfolio of expertise stemming from her career experience working with tech giants including Palantir Technologies, Amazon, and Anduril Industries. Jana holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington with a specialization in Communications. Additionally, she studied at the prestigious Universidad De Sevilla, making her a well-rounded individual capable of connecting with people from various backgrounds.

Jana's professional career started at Cdigix, where she served as a Campus Marketing Manager. She moved on from there to Direct Holdings Global, where she held the Marketing and Office Administrator-internship position. Jana's experience at Boeing as a Supply Chain Specialist, along with her experience in Human Resources Assistant at Iac, honed her skills as a competent administrator.

Jana's career trajectory picked up significant momentum when she joined Palantir Technologies, where she worked as a Technical Recruiter, Recruiting Coordinator, and Recruiting Team Lead. As a Lead Recruiter, Jana recruited for various tech start-ups on the East and West coasts, before joining Anduril Industries as a Recruiting Manager, where she currently works.
