After obtaining her degree from the University of Southern California in broadcast journalism, Bonds started her career as a news producer for CBS. She then moved on to become SVP of Production at Edelman, where she worked on marketing campaigns for Xbox and eBay. She later founded 42 Entertainment, which pioneered alternate reality games like "I Love Bees" and "The Dark Knight" to engage fans and promote films.
In her over two-decade-long career, Bonds has earned recognition for her work in the immersive entertainment industry, including being named as one of Fast Company's "100 Most Creative People in Business" and one of The Hollywood Reporter's "Top 50 Women in Entertainment."
