Peggy Liao is a design researcher, multicultural marketing strategist, and storyteller with international experience spanning from Taiwan to the US. She studied Social Design at The Maryland Institute College of Art and previously obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from National Cheng Kung University. Peggy has worked in both for-profit and non-profit sectors, and her skills in design thinking and research, community development, and project management are highly valued. Her passion for social impacts has led her to work towards achieving an inclusive community, vibrant fair markets, engaging education systems, prosperous food systems and an equal world. In her career, she has worked with organizations including the City of Seattle as a Language Access Program and Policy Specialist, C+C - All About the Good as an Account Executive and Assistant Account Executive, the Asian Counseling and Referral Service as a Civic Engagement Field Organizer, the Center for Social Design as a Design Researcher, the Foundation of Historic City Conservation and Regeneration as a Chief Program Manager, and Shui-Mu International Co. Ltd. (A.S.O Shoe) as a Marketing Executive. Peggy's international exposure and diverse skill set make her a valuable asset in the world of design and marketing.
