Victor Strecher
Victor Strecher is a renowned researcher, entrepreneur, and professor, who has been a stalwart in the fields of health and well-being for over two decades. He is a professor at the University of Michigan's School of Public Health, where he studied PhD in Health Behavior, and is the CEO of Kumanu, a purpose-driven well-being solution for individuals and organizations. Strecher was the founder of HealthMedia, a pathbreaking Web-based "digital health coaching" company, which was acquired by Johnson & Johnson in 2008.
With an unwavering passion for connecting academic research to practical applications, Strecher has appeared in various publications such as Wall Street Journal, the Los Angeles Times, WIRED, and delivered talks at TEDMED and TEDX events. He currently resides in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with his wife Jeri.
