Maarten Braber is a digital health strategist and entrepreneur. He is the founder and managing director of Nexthealth, a research and strategy company that helps organizations in the digital health space navigate challenges and create opportunities. Before founding Nexthealth, Maarten co-founded SingularityU Benelux and the Rockstart Digital Health Accelerator, and started technology and healthcare communities, such as Quantified Self Amsterdam & Europe and Mobile Monday Amsterdam. Maarten has a background in computer science and engineering and has worked in several hospitals and healthcare organizations. He holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management in Healthcare Technology & Management from the University of Twente.

Maarten's professional experience includes serving on several advisory and supervisory boards for organizations such as Pluryn, Holland Capital, and SIDNfonds, as well as communities like Health Valley Event and Permanent Beta. He has been a moderator for NRC Live and has given presentations on the future of health. Maarten's expertise includes digital health, healthcare technology, entrepreneurship, strategy, and research.
