Richard Beldyk is a seasoned professional with a career spanning several years in continuous improvement and manufacturing environments. He has honed his skills in leadership, management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving, utilizing various tools such as Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, Six Sigma, and TRIZ. Beldyk is a Six Sigma Black Belt and an expert in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Design of Experiments, Training within Industry, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Welding Engineering, Materials, Mechanical Engineering, Root Cause Analysis, Failure Investigation and Analysis, Deviation Management, QEHS Auditing, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, ISO 45001, and Professional Engineer. He obtained his Doctor of Philosophy at Ecole Supérieure Robert de Sorbon, and his MBA in Business Strategy at International MBA Institute. Beldyk studied BME at the University of Delaware and has taken courses in emergency management, global governance, and innovation management. His experience includes positions at BlueScope, Chattanooga State Community College, Chattanooga Boiler & Tank, Alstom Power, Aerisyn LLC, and more.
