Martin GUYOTE

Martin Guyote is an accomplished product manager, consultant, and experienced instructor with a successful track record in delivering high-value features to customers. With degrees in management and cognitive psychology, Martin has over 20 years of experience leading and delivering all phases of enterprise software projects, managing multi-million-dollar consulting and education businesses, and serving as a Product Owner for up to 4 Engineering teams concurrently.

Martin is an expert in agile and waterfall project management methodologies and is skilled in product vision and thought leadership, project estimation, proposal development, application design and development, cross-functional supervision, team building and mentoring, client relations and presentations, business and IT planning, vendor management, training and educational services, and personnel management.

He has worked in various organizations, including Pegasystems, Progress Software, i2 Technologies, Management Support Technology, Trinzic Corporation, and Decision Support Technology. Martin also served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Boston University.
