Stephen Richardson is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, training, and support. He currently serves as the CEO of Stephen V. Richardson Consulting and is dedicated to helping small and medium businesses exceed their goals through world-class business growth, sales, and management training. Stephen is fluent in Japanese and his career began in Japan, where he worked for a major medical electronics manufacturer. Since returning to the United States, he has held various management positions with top brands such as Duty-Free Shoppers, Ross Dress For Less, Office Depot, and Gateway Computers. In 2004, Stephen began his dream job as a business growth consultant, which he now focuses on teaching, coaching, and selling to help individuals and organizations achieve their dreams. He is a Distinguished Toastmaster and actively gives motivational speeches to professional and educational groups. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Japanese language from San Jose State University. He is happily married with two children, one of whom works in Japan while the other is a college freshman.
