- Oversaw and developed the hiring process from initial contact to hiring process.-Grew the Manila operations and back office teams from 1 employee to 160 in 1.5 years time.-Set up, trained, and managed a three person hiring team which allowed us to interview more than 2000 applicants in a 2 year period.- Managed the Magic booth at hiring conventions and university meetups.
