- Executed terms and conditions (Limitation of Liability, Liquidated Damages, Governing Law, Compliance, Claims Adjustment, Indemnity, Termination, Force Majeure, Payment Terms) of IP procurement contracts which allowed for OE LLC to buyout key technologies.
- Analyzed government Request For Proposals (RFPs) and endowments to find avenues for government sales and funding
- Formulated new policies and procedures for U.S. and foreign trademark rights
- Researched and compiled invention disclosure documents,  revised patent applications, and collaborated with patent attorney to deliver final documents for CEO review
