Annie Philipsen

Annie Philipsen is a highly motivated individual who is passionate about exploring and learning new things. Annie's journey is that of a life-long student who has been a part of many organizations over the years. With a BA from Central Washington University and other associate degrees, Annie began her career working in the technical recruiting industry as a Technical Recruiter at Recruiting Point and then moved to Yoh Interactive and NuWest Group LLC. Annie transitioned to become a Senior Technical and Sales Recruiter at Market Leader Inc. and then as a Sr Technical Recruiter at Zillow Group - Trulia. She received Presidents Club Awards between 2008 and 2011 and was "Rookie of the Year" runner-up in 2011. Annie joined Blue Origin as a Senior Technical Recruiter - New Glenn before becoming co-owner of Bluebeard Coffee Roasters. She is currently employed at First Mode as a Senior Technical Recruiter.

Annie's interests and expertise include workplace culture, sales and technical recruiting, game development, and management. Annie is committed to businesses building great relationships that foster engagement and productivity. She loves tackling challenges and learning new things, and her passion for what she does has been evident in her work throughout her career.
