- Technical Lead for Trend Micro Security Operations Center for SMB (Small and Medium Business) and MSPs (Manage Service Providers) – manages daily incidents and provides guidance to analysts to ensure that security standards and requirements are met. Review security events and data sources to develop and refine detection criteria.•Leads the development group for tools and automation improvement using advance programming languages (Python, .NET), cloud platform (AWS), and business intelligence services (PowerBI, QuickSight). Provides technical and analytical leadership to create and implement operational documentation, procedures, and operational tools•Monitors and analyzes network traffic, security events and logs using a security information and event management solution, looking to detect anomalous activity and participate in incident detection and response activities including endpoint and network analysis.•Advising incident responders in the steps to take to investigate and resolve computer security incidents, coordinate with threat operations and threat intelligence specialists to resolve significant, high or critical severity level incidents.
