I obtained the funding commitment for the new Lenovo stylus experience project, which required effective executive presentations to Business Unit SVPs and the CTO. Manager of Professional  Services -  Networking Technology

Provided critical account management and project leadership across the entire division, other IBM divisions, and OEM partner networking vendors. Required swift implementation of corrective action plans at customer accounts, rapid deployment of resources, and quick decision-making. Dealt directly with executive CIOs and IT managers. Drove corrective action across the division on pervasive problem areas.
