Oscar Moreno is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with a strong background in investment management and tech. He holds an MBA from INSEAD, a PhD from IE University, and a bachelor's degree in business administration and law from Universidad Pontificia Comillas. He has invested in and helped launch several successful startups, including e-commerce search engine Kelkoo, social network Tuenti, and real estate investment firm Orchid Costa.

Moreno currently serves as CEO of AltaUrbana, where he is developing unique hospitality projects that are linked to culture and tech.
