Jyothi Raja is a highly accomplished professional with more than 17 years of experience in strategic consulting, operations, and analytics across healthcare, population management, benefits administration, private exchanges, carrier management, spending accounts, outsourcing, and call centers. Raja has a vast portfolio of experience, leading large teams and successfully delivering multi-million dollar initiatives. She is noted for her focus on win-win-win scenarios for colleagues, clients, and consumers.

Raja's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Penn State University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from R. V. College of Engineering, Bangalore. Additionally, she studied Aon Management Development Signature Program at Aon University with Harvard.

She is currently the SVP-Analytics and Chief Data Science Officer at Ascension, a position she has held for several years. Her prior experience includes positions as a Practice Head, Growth Strategy and Analytics, Aon Retiree Exchange at Aon, Senior Practice Manager, Strategic Analytics Leader, Operations and Quality at Aon, and Analytics Manager, Benefits Administration at Aon.
