Hired as the newest member of a newly formed Plan and Track account management team to support the Account Directors in delivering excellent client servicing to third sector partners who sought to understand their target audience/segmentations, better plan and evaluate their marketing campaigns, and track their brand against sector leaders. Increased awareness of data and insight understanding by delivering in-house training for new and existing third sector clients to ensure a clearer understanding of how data and insights could be used to execute their business objectives. Introduced an improved business focus for third sector clients by developing training materials, case studies, and differentiated sector analysis which lead to a more relevant and profitable offering. Delivered pitch presentations alongside senior sales representatives to demonstrate YouGov’s sectoral knowledge and increased the visibility and value of third sector clients throughout the business resulting in a two-fold increase in the number of charity and NGO partners subscribing to the data products.

Hired as a permanent member of the newly formed Global Insights Team for a major global manufacturer after delivering a global shopper data harmonisation project covering 37 FMCG categories across 30+ countries as a temp-hire. Owned the training of newly launched internal data platform and the delivery of global monthly reporting to the external stakeholders. Acted as the first point of contact for all data queries from the internal Europanel client servicing team and proactively analysed the global database to present topline trends in the FMCG markets to client stakeholders at the global level.
