Raymond Nichols is a well-known name among the business community of Maryland. He is the founder and CEO of BSC America Companies, a group of corporations that provides financial services, specialty asset liquidation, and owns and operates various auto auctions in Maryland and Florida. Having over 100,000 vehicles under their wing, BSC America's clients include new and independent automobile dealerships, large banks & lenders, vehicle and equipment leasing companies, finance companies, governmental agencies, and commercial clients throughout the United States. Under Raymond's leadership and guidance, BSC America has been offering consulting services involving the liquidation of a wide range of assets and the management of the remarketing process, which has been highly appreciated by clients.

Before establishing BSC America, Raymond spent 17 years working as a commercial banker in Maryland National Bank. As a senior officer, he managed a large portfolio of loans and leases, handling consumer loans, vehicle leases, aircraft, equipment, marine, and dealer lending functions. In addition, he had several other responsibilities, including credit card and equipment lending and leasing within the bank, and holding company subsidiaries for certain insurance and secondary mortgage lending affiliates.

When not involved with BSC America, Raymond is active as a partner in various commercial businesses, marinas, shopping centers, and farm properties located in Baltimore, Harford, Talbot, and Worcester Counties in Maryland, Virginia, and Tallahassee, Florida, and Louisiana.

Raymond has a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Maryland Baltimore and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Wesley College. He has also studied at the University of Oklahoma's School of Commercial Lending and the University of Virginia's School of Retail Banking.
