Olivia McShea is a forward-thinking young professional who is passionate about sustainability, CSR, and renewable energy. She is a driven individual who is currently building her career in the solar industry. Olivia is a proud holder of dual US/EU (French) citizenship and is interested in community solar, microgrids, international, and developing markets. She studied Anthropology, Environmental Studies, Climate, and Energy at Princeton University, followed by a stint as a research fellow at the Center for Resource Solutions. She also worked as an Account Manager and Engineering Project Manager at CivicSolar, as a Marketing Intern at PVComplete, and a volunteer intern at Azafady in the past. Currently, Olivia is the Head of Sales and Marketing at PVComplete, where she works tirelessly to develop responsible business practices in the solar industry.
