With her previous experience leading change management for a dual technology implementation across a leading national provider organization, her expertise in ERP implementations within the Finance & Supply Chain functions, system-wide Kronos upgrades, and performance transformation with a regional health system is unparalleled. Her organizational design experience includes care management function for a regional health system and finance leadership at a regional health system. Ricci graduated from Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health with a master's degree in healthcare Administration and from The George Washington University with a bachelor's degree in Public Health, Business Administration and Dance.

During her career, she has worked as a Senior Associate in the Health Industries Advisory of PwC and held positions as an English Tutor at Jackson English, English Teacher at Xiang Xi Primary School, and served as a Hospital Management Summer Intern at Cancer Treatment Centers of America. Ricci's professional experience encompasses change management, operating model redesign, healthcare administration, public health, finance leadership, and organizational design. All of these experiences fuel her passion for serving the community and building better systems for public health.
