Rafael's professional career has spanned various industries, including healthcare, real estate, private equity, and venture capital. Recently, Rafael has served as the Business Unit Head-B2C/Patient Connection at Viveo, where he has leveraged his expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, and customer acquisition to drive business growth. He also co-founded and served on the board of FGV Ventures - Aceleradora and has previously held senior management positions at Cremer S.A. and QuintoAndar. Rafael is passionate about entrepreneurship and has mentored and advised several startups throughout his career.
