Paul Tremble is an accomplished and experienced senior executive, business leader and Board member in the Construction and Infrastructure industry. He has a degree in Building Services Engineering from Northumbria University and has been a part of WSP UK’s Executive Committee for 14 years, during which time the business has grown fivefold. Paul has an exceptional track record in work winning and project delivery of large projects across both the public and private sector. He is passionate about transforming infrastructure and is actively involved in industry groups such as ACE, ICE and Constructing Excellence.

At WSP, Paul plays a vital role as Chief Strategy Officer in leading the Company’s growth strategy and delivering net-zero business solutions. He leads a team of technical specialists and strategic advisors across the UK to solve complex challenges for clients and communities. WSP is the largest environmental consultancy in the UK and is committed to leading the way in tackling the climate emergency. As part of this commitment, the Company is on course to become a net-zero business by 2025 and announced a commitment to halve the carbon footprint of all designs and advice provided to clients by 2030, a first in the engineering consultancy sector.

With his strong people skills and background in developing and executing business and market strategies, Paul has been a Board member and Chair of Future Markets at Association for Consultancy and Engineering (ACE) and a Board Director at Roberts & Partners.
