She studied at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise and Sport Science and Psychology. With her education, she has gained expertise in the fields of exercise and psychology, which has set her on the path to success in fulfilling her professional dreams.
Throughout her career, Lindsey has held several positions that have allowed her to display her skills and passions. She has worked as an Executive Coordinator at Validic, where she has been responsible for successful project coordination and execution. In addition, she has held roles such as Regional Health Check Coordinator at AccessCare, Healthy Food Coordinator at StudentU, and Visiting Observer at Duke Diet and Fitness Center. These positions have provided her with an extensive and well-rounded professional experience.
