Jennifer Nelson is an NYC-based filmmaker with an extensive background in producing TV shows, commercials, content branding, and live content. She is the founder of Good Morning to You Productions and a seasoned director/showrunner. Nelson's cinematic storytelling style leans towards provocative narratives that emphasize action and reveal emotion through visually inspiring images. Her productions have received multiple nominations and featured at top festivals such as the Artemis Women in Action Film Festival, National Geographic, MTV, and HBO. She has worked with a broad range of companies such as Toyota, Volkswagen, Tough Mudder, Vevo, and Axe. Jennifer Nelson has a unique path to filmmaking, having competed as a professional downhill mountain-bike racer, for which she was featured on the cover of Conde Nast Sports for Women. Additionally, she's a competitive national and international weightlifter. She's an alumni of Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and the University of California, Berkeley, where she studied creative writing and sociology.
