Core responsibility was to deliver net trade sales and market share targets for the iconic Johnson’s Adult Skincare portfolio for 2008. Local development of the brand strategy for four distinct segments; body wash, body moisture, Holiday Skin and facial skincare. The strategy was then implemented via $13M in BME, NPD launches and cost improvement projects by liaising with media agencies, cross functional teams, sales force, trade partners and PR agencies.

- Please note that in May 2007 Johnson & Johnson acquired the Pfizer Consumer Healthcare business)Core responsibility was the development and management of the Grocery Activations Team with 5 team members (Trade Marketing). Key outcomes of the team were to drive profitable sales via cycle focus initiatives; including new product development and launches (POS and reviews), as well as value pack initiatives. Additional focus was given to new line forecasting accuracy in order to reduce inventory and capture sales potential.

NATIONAL ACTIVATIONS MANAGER – GROCERY & DISCOUNT DEPARTMENT STORES

Responsible for management, training and development of the Trade Marketing team (6). With the key outcomes being to drive profitable sales via new product and value pack development, excellence in cycle focus execution and point of sale. In addition I also managed the sales input role into the cross functional franchise team, including input into the financials and brand strategies and gap fillers, as well as monthly financial responsibility to the board

National Trade Marketing Manager & Franchise representative for Women’s Health and Healthcare

Responsible for management, development and outcomes of the Women’s Health and Healthcare Demand Creation Managers (2) as well as the additional lead role for the cross functional franchise team (50% of Johnson & Johnson portfolio). Full P&L responsibility and reporting to the board on a monthly basis.
